Refund policy

At Truewood, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

How to Return an Item:

  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges:

  • If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, indicate this in your return request.

Exceptions & Conditions:

  • Sale or clearance items may not be eligible for a refund.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags attached.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
